Appointments requested through this website are confirmed once accepted by Blush Bali staff. We recommend arriving on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, at the salon's discretion.
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so the time slot can be offered to another client.
You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for the accuracy of the contact details you provide (name, email, phone). We use this information to confirm bookings, send appointment reminders, and manage any loyalty points or membership benefits attached to your account.
Loyalty points and membership benefits are provided at Blush Bali's discretion and have no cash value. They may be adjusted or withdrawn if used fraudulently or in a manner inconsistent with their intended use.
Your personal information is used only to operate the salon's booking system and to communicate with you about your appointments and account — it is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what's needed to provide these services (e.g. sending confirmation emails).
