Which of the two
Viva is the classic cleansing facial: good for congested skin, blackheads and anyone who has been sweating through Bali heat. Biokos is richer and better suited to drier, tired or sun-stressed skin. Both are Rp 100.000 and both take 45 minutes — if you are not sure, tell us about your skin when you arrive and we will pick.
Skin in this climate
Humidity, sunscreen worn all day and salt water make for a particular kind of congestion. If you have been breaking out since you arrived, that is usually why, and a regular monthly facial does more for it than anything you can buy in a bottle.
